🛠️ Common Troubleshooting

Why is there no sound in the game?
If you cannot hear the music or piano sounds, it is usually because your device is set to Silent/Mute mode.
iPads/iPhones:
Check the physical Ring/Silent switch on the side of your device, or swipe down from the top right corner of your screen to open the Control Center and ensure the Bell icon (Silent Mode) is turned off. Turn up the media volume using the side buttons.
The app is freezing or won't open:
Try closing the app completely from your multitasking view and reopening it.
Ensure your iOS device is updated to the latest software version.
